Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and RUN OR BUST ("we", "us"), the operator of RUN OR BUST at runorbust.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old (or older, if the law where you live says so).
• You may only use the Service where it is legal for you to do so. You are responsible for checking the law where you are.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer them.

2. Credits

• The Service currently runs on demo USDT: free play balances shown in USDT. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and are not a currency or a prize.
• We may give credits (sign-up credits, a daily bonus, refills of an empty wallet) and change or end these offers at any time.
• We may correct a balance that is wrong because of an error, a bug or a breach of these terms.
• If we introduce real-money play, it will come with separate terms that you must accept first.

3. How the game works

• Each round a multiplier rises while one runner crosses the field. You may cash out while cash-out is open. If the runner is caught before you cash out, the bet is lost. If the runner finishes, bets still riding pay 10x.
• The house keeps an edge on every round. The current return to player (RTP) is shown in the game. Over time players get back less than they bet.
• Every round is provably fair: before betting opens we publish a SHA-256 commitment to a secret seed; the result comes from that seed, and the seed is revealed after the round so anyone can check it.
• The game includes house players (bots) that bet with demo USDT alongside players. They never affect the result of a round.
• If a round is interrupted (for example by a server restart), bets still riding are refunded.

4. Fair play

You must not: use bots, scripts or automation to play; exploit bugs; create several accounts; collude; interfere with the Service or other players; or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours. We may suspend or close accounts, remove credits and keep records if we reasonably believe these terms were broken.

5. Your account

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time: support@runorbust.com.
• We may close inactive accounts, or end the Service, with reasonable notice where we can.

6. Partners and influencers

Partners who promote the Service through a personal link do so under a separate partner agreement. Players who sign up through a link are treated exactly like everyone else.

7. The Service "as is"

We work to keep the Service running and fair, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses arising from the use of demo USDT, which have no value.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you in the game before it applies. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.

9. Other policies

These also apply: Game Rules, Provably Fair, Bonus & Promotion Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gaming, Self-Exclusion, AML & Verification, Deposits & Withdrawals and Complaints & Disputes. Partners also accept the Partner & Affiliate Terms.

10. Law and contact
