RUN OR BUST ("we") runs RUN OR BUST at runorbust.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. We do not sell your personal data.
What we collect

Stored in your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a few items in your browser: your session (so you stay signed in), the influencer code you arrived with and its campaign tag (kept 30 days), a random visitor id (to count unique visitors without knowing who you are), and your settings (sound, graphics quality). Admin and partner pages use one sign-in cookie each. Clearing your browser data removes all of these.
Who sees it
- Our team, to run the Service. Admin actions are written to an audit log.
- Partners see numbers about the players they brought, but never names or contact details.
- Our hosting runs on our own server. The landing page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Accounts and their ledger: while the account is open, then 5 years for records and fraud prevention.
- Security logs: up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to stop marketing, or to close your account, by writing to support@runorbust.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability and to complain to your data-protection authority.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, sessions expire, and admin and partner areas are protected against password guessing and cross-site requests. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
