Anti-Money Laundering & Verification
Last updated 2026-10-31
Today: RUN OR BUST runs on demo USDT. No money can be deposited or withdrawn by players, so there is nothing to launder. This policy explains the controls we already use, and those that start the day real money is introduced.
Controls in place now
- One account per person; sign-ups are limited per address and suspicious patterns are reviewed.
- Every balance change is recorded in a ledger with its reason, and every account's ledger can be reconciled against its balance at any time.
- Referred sign-ups from a partner's own address, or many sign-ups from one address, are flagged for review.
- Partner payouts are made only to the payout details on the partner's account, are reviewed by a person and are recorded with a payment reference.
When real money is introduced
- Verification (KYC). Before your first withdrawal, or when deposits reach the equivalent of 2,000 EUR in total, we will ask for proof of identity (a government photo ID), proof of address, and that the payment method is yours. We may ask again at any time.
- Source of funds. For larger amounts, or where the law requires, we may ask where the money comes from and pause the account until we have the answer.
- Same route in and out. Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit wherever possible. Money is never paid to third parties.
- No gaming without play. Deposits withdrawn with little or no play may be reviewed and withdrawal fees may apply.
- Monitoring and reporting. We monitor transactions for unusual activity and report suspicions to the authorities as the law requires. We are not allowed to tell you when we do.
- Sanctions and restricted countries. We do not accept players on sanctions lists or from countries where real-money play is not allowed.
- Records. Verification and transaction records are kept for at least 5 years after the account closes, as the law requires.
We may suspend an account, hold a withdrawal or close an account where we suspect fraud, money laundering or funding of crime. Questions: support@runorbust.com.
