Partner & Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to every partner and affiliate of RUN OR BUST ("you"), together with anything agreed with you in writing (your share and any special deal). Where your written agreement differs, it wins.

1. Your link and who counts as your player

• You get a personal link (runorbust.com/?ref=yourcode). You may add a campaign tag (&c=youtube) to see which channel works; tags do not change your earnings.
• A player is yours if they sign up within 30 days of last opening your link, on the same browser. The last link opened wins.
• Your own accounts, accounts of people in your household, and players you pay or reward to sign up do not count. Sign-ups from addresses you use are flagged, and we may move them to no partner.
• We may move a player to another partner, or to none, where attribution is wrong or disputed. Days already settled are not recalculated.

2. Commission

• You earn your agreed share of the commission base from your players: net gaming revenue (NGR: stakes minus payouts and refunds, minus free credits your players received) unless we tell you in the portal that the base is house profit (GGR).
• Each UTC day is settled just after midnight. If the day's total (including any loss carried forward) is above zero, you earn your share of its commissionable revenue (below) and the carry resets; if it is below zero, the loss is carried forward and comes off your next profitable days.
• Operating-cost allocation (affiliates): from 19 October 2026 (UTC), the house retains 50% of each day's positive total, after carried losses are recovered, as an operating-cost allocation. The other 50% is your commissionable revenue, and your agreed share is applied to it. No allocation is charged on a day with a negative total, and earnings settled before that date are not recalculated. Example: players wager 10,000 USDT and are paid 8,000 USDT, so the day's total is 2,000 USDT; 1,000 USDT is allocated, and at a 20% share you earn 20% of the remaining 1,000 USDT = 200 USDT. Partners and investors who share in the whole house are not subject to this allocation.
• Your portal shows your players' activity and your income for every day; your income there is always after the allocation above. We may correct a balance with an adjustment (bonus or correction); you see each adjustment and its reason.
• A change to your share or to the commission base applies from the next day that settles.

3. Payouts

Settled commission can be withdrawn from the portal, subject to the minimum and process in Deposits & Withdrawals. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for identity and tax details before paying, and hold payouts during a review for fraud.

4. How you may promote

• Say clearly that RUN OR BUST is a game for adults (18+), and that it has a house edge. Never present it as a way to make money.
• Label your posts as advertising where the law or the platform requires it.
• Never target minors, never promise wins or income, never present the game as a way to make money, and never show made-up results as real.
• Do not bid on our brand in search ads, use our logo in ways we did not approve, spam, or send people through misleading redirects.
• Follow the rules of each platform and of every country where your audience is.

5. Fraud and ending the partnership

Commission from fraud, self-referral, fake traffic or a breach of these terms is void, and we may reverse it. Either side may end the partnership at any time; commission settled up to that point for players who were not fraudulent remains payable. We may disable your account immediately if we suspect fraud.

6. Data

You see your players only as anonymous tags with their numbers. Do not try to identify them. Your own details are handled under our Privacy Policy.
