Every win is paid from the house bankroll: the house's own money, kept apart from players' balances. Here it is, live, with the limits that follow it.

The bankroll at the end of each day (UTC). It moves with every round played by real players: their stakes come in, their wins go out. House bots never count.
| Day (UTC) | Bankroll (coins) | Change |

Two limits follow the bankroll automatically, after every round. They are there for one reason: so that every win can always be paid in full.
One bet can be at most 0.5% of the bankroll (or the fixed maximum shown in the game, if that is lower). One player can never put the bankroll at risk.
One round pays out at most 5% of the bankroll in winnings, to everyone together. If the players still riding would win more, they are all cashed out at that point and paid in full. It never changes when the doll turns.
As the bankroll grows, so do the maximum bet and the round max win. As it shrinks, they shrink, so the game always stays able to pay.
The bankroll does not decide any round. Every round's result comes from a secret seed committed before betting opens and revealed after it: see Provably Fair.
